KC75 Single and Three Phase Roller Shutters

Our 75mm galvanised cold rolled section is deal for applications with limited head room, and where maximum versatility is required. This highly adaptable section is available in standard solid, fully perforated, or punched section, and with a wide range of powder colour coat and plastisol finishes to maintain the characteristics of your building; yet still giving you cost effective security protection. Kirk Craig Ltd. are also able to offer our Roller Shutter Graphics system to be applied to the face of the door to give the maximum impact to your premises. Our KC 75 roller shutter can be provided as Secured by Design for a surcharge

KC100 Single and Three Phase Roller Shutters
Our KC100 heavy duty single skin section is manufactured at our factory in St Helens, under our ISO9001 environmental and quality assured procedures, and full compliance with current regulations to ensure a high quality of product.
The KC100 section is deal when a high level of security is required, or or additional strength and durability, for large industrial applications.
This section was originally designed for the Hanger Bay door utilised for the Flying Doctors service in Australia. Robert Craig was introduced to the 100mm section back in the early 1990's, as he was assisting a UK Company that had recently relocated to Adelaide to set up their rolling mill facility for production. Mr Craig was so impressed by the 100mm section, that he commissioned and imported Kirk Craig Ltd.'s own rolling mill.

KC100i & KC95i Insulated Roller Shutters
Our KC100i & KC95i Insulated roller shutters are perfect for customers who are mindful of their environmental impacts, and wish to reduce their carbon footprint, along with their energy bills.
The foam-filled design of these roller shutters minimises energy waste with heat transference through and around the insulated curtain section.
Our insulated products have been designed to resist high pressure wind loadings compared to the conventional single skin roller shutter doors. All of our KC insulated roller shutters fitted with twin vertical brush seals on both faces of the curtain, as well as rubber seals to the bottom panel of the door.
Our bespoke made to measure insulated roller shutter are available in standard galvanised finish, a wide range of polyester powder coat finish as well as HP200 Plastisol to match and enhance the appearance of any industrial, commercial or hospitality premises

KC38 Plant on Fit Roller Shutters
Our KC38 Plant on Fit roller shutters are compact, strong and durable. With a smart, secure and compact design this section is ideal for installation where there is limited head room available, or where aesthetics and security are primary concerns.
Ideal for industrial or commercial buildings, as our standard plant on fit roller shutters can be incorporated into our CRS inbuilt lintel system. Furthermore this section can be upgraded to secured by design rating at a surcharge.

Fire Rated Roller Shutters
Our fire rated roller shutters can be fitted to apertures up to 7m wide x 7m high and are available with 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 120 minutes or 240 minutes fire protection. Fully compliant and backed up by our FIRAS installer accreditation.
Fire rated roller shutters are used to create a fire break in order to comply with building regulations concerning compartmentalising areas of fire risk, so the premises can be evacuated as safely as possible.
Our fire rated roller shutters can be linked to the building's alarm system, or provide stand-alone protection with the use of designated heat and smoke detection systems. Available with a wide range of powder colour coat finishes to maintain the characteristics of your building.
