KC High Security Door Sets are manufactured in the UK and are available in a range of different options, each tested to the highest standards:
SECUR-DOR, SECUR-DOR 2 and SECUR DOR 3 are tested to Warrington Exova Centisecure STS 202 and PAS 24 standards, and included in the Secured by Design Scheme
SECUR-DOR 4 is tested to the European Security Standard DD ENV 1627:1999 and is further enhanced for blast resistance: Tested to EXR2 and EXR3 of the BS EN 13124-2:2004 Explosion Resistance Standard.
TUFF-DOR is available in three versions, each tested to LPS 1175 and providing an increased level of security
TUFF-DOR 2.1: SR2, this door provides up to 3 minutes of resistance to opportunist attempts at forced entry of a protected premises using a range of mechanical tools including screwdrivers, levers, spanners, bolt cutters, claw hammers, drills, shears etc.
TUFF-DOR 3: SR3, this door provides up to 5 minutes of resistance to determined attempts at forced entry of a protected premises using a wide range of tools including cordless tools, short axe, cold chisels, crow bars, brick bolsters, gas torches etc.
TUFF-DOR 4: SR4, this door provides up to 10 minutes of resistance to experienced attempts at forced entry using a wide range of tools, including high powered cordless tools, felling axes, sledgehammers, power drills, disc grinders, jigsaws etc.
TUFF-VENT is tested to PAS 24 and is included in the Secured by Design Scheme. This door is ideal for areas which require high security protection, and ventilation, such as plant rooms.
